This was the second time I purchased these the first time they were trimmed and great but this last time they were very Fatty but tasted very good

Great value. Tender and tasty just like a filet. We like to throw a pack of these on the grill to supplement alongside the main meal meat. Our 5yo grandson loves the tender pieces.
