Skirt steak tasted funny

i got 2 orders of skirt steak. I made them on separate nights. I sous vide my meat then sear. both times the finished product had a funny taste like it had turned. I eat grass fed/grass finished all the time so it’s not that. I’m hesitant to get the skirt again, the other cuts I’ve bought were good.

Great taste

We grilled two pounds of skirt steaks along with a couple beautiful New Yorks. Both my wife and I sat down and dined on them for a wonderful time together on a Friday night. We loved all of it. Thank you!

Love this skirt steak

Great for steak tacos, but we even just grill it when there's lots of family so we need lots of steak to go around. Ain't a ribeye or prime rib, but everyone always enjoys it!
