the Grass-Fed Petite Sirloin Steak (Ball Tip)

We had these for dinner the other night and they were amazing! I seared them on both sides for about 4 mins each and finished them in the oven for another 10 mins came out perfect medium rare and were so tender! Absolutely recommend!

Noticeable Difference in Taste

The steak came still frozen despite taking a few days. I charcoal grilled it and it was noticeably more flavorful. It was marinated, but they may not have been needed. The burger patties I grilled with the steak, I didn't season at all, and the flavor of the meat was so good without.
