GRILLED Tri-Tip

What can I say? I seasoned simply with salt and pepper and grilled on high heat to medium.The tri-was was tender and amazing.

Local Firefighters Love Smoked Tritip

A few weeks ago a local FD saved my home from a massive brush fire. To thank them I smoked the Tri Tips from Agridime and made a Bourbon Mushroom Gravy! The loved it as well as other items I cooked!

First Time with this Cut

Absolutely delicious. Marinated 48 hours with dry rub, then coated with tallow. Smoked for 3 hours, then basted with cider, garlic, olive oil l, herbs while searing.
