Grain Fed Chuck Short Rib Bone In
These ribs should be are off the hook so good it should crime that they sell them!! Absolutely delicious.
Recently bought some 123A short ribs and chuck ribs. Used W sauce for a binder with a SPG rub. Smoked for 2 hours, then started basting with a mixture of beef broth & coffee. 6 hours, wrapped them butcher paper rubbed with Wagyu beef tallow. Back in the smoker for another 3 1/2. Pulled from the smoker at 193. Rested for 1 1/2. They were GREAT. Definitely will be buying more. Thanks Agridime. Rodney
