Product is good. The problem is the shipping. Our order was half unthawed and bloody . Some of the packages had holes in the top plastic which makes for a mess when thawing them out.
This is our 3rd time ordering and the other 2 shipments had no problems.
My dog loves the food so we are will to try again.
I have bought 40 pounds so far. My dogs LOVE it, even the picky one! As soon as the freezer opens in the morning, they start whining and running around. Definitely will be buying more!
I received not just one box, but the replacement box of dog food was brown old and disgusting some of it not frozen some of it opened. Not sure what happened here, but I think they had it on clearance so they could get rid of it. Then I still have to pay for shipping. Not good people obviously
My dog food arrived over half thawed out and both briskets were over half thawed out and my beef ribs were the only thing that stayed frozen? VERY UNHAPPY … I re- froze the thawwd dog food because I figured the dog probably doesn’t care. She eats it, but she doesn’t love it. The two briskets I did not want to ruin so I went ahead and cook them and I must say they weren’t nearly as delicious as I’d hoped. My sense is that the ends which are about 3 pounds must not have enough fat to my liking?
She’s not a picky eater but she gives me a look if I don’t include some in her dinner.
